Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Appointment Of 3 Advocates As Judges Of Delhi High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended three advocates for appointment as judges to the Delhi High Court. The Collegium, consisting of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, and Justice BR Gavai, passed a resolution to this effect.

The advocates recommended to be appointed as judges of the Delhi HC are:

Shri Ajay Digpaul,

Shri Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar, and

Ms. Shwetasree Majumder

Their inter se seniority be fixed as per the existing practice.
