MCA Notifies Companies (Prospectus And Allotment Of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2024

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, (MCA), recently notified the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2024 to further amend the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014.

These rules may be called the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2024. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
